Description:1,000,000 lbs. approx. of unsegregated Mixed Metals scrap metal. Period of performance is 5 months, metals include light and heavy Steel, prepared and unprepared but not limited to: vehicular components, metal cabinets, racks, refrigerators and a/c units (refrigeration drained), pipes, chains, and plates, brackets, aluminum with foreign attachments includes plating, tubing, sheet metal, adapters, brackets, shelters. Material may include ferrous and non-ferrous attachments such as glass, wood, cardboard, wood pallets, cardboard packaging,rubber, plastic & paper may contain foreign attachments including wood, cardboard, canvas or plastic and is included in the weight and sale and to be disposed of at the buyer's own expense. Pictures are representative. Buyer must provide (2) 40 cubic yard roll off containers. Buyer must provide (2) van style semi trailers for loading property received in original packaging or received in triwall boxes.Buyer may also be required to provide a flatbed as needed for removal of large or unique items. Buyer may be required to pick-up or place roll-offs in other local locations on the installation for scrap accumulation clean ups/special projects. The buyer will be notified when containers and trailers are full and will have 3 business days to schedule pick-up. To gain access to this installation must be able to pass a background check and provide a current driver's license/identification, current vehicle registration, and proof of valid insurance. Destructive Scrapping required. By bidding, each bidder represents, warrants, and certifies that ALL materials purchased will not be re-used or re-furbished, or sold for re-use or refurbishing. Buyer must provide Liquidity Services with a Certificate of Destruction on the form specified by Liquidity Services within 30 days of removal.

The name and address on the Government Liquidation user account must match the name and billing address of the credit card used for the bidding and purchase, or the charge will be rejected.
ALL FUNDS MUST COME FROM THE REGISTRANT. GL WILL NOT ACCEPT THIRD PARTY FUNDS OF ANY KIND FOR ANY REASON.
Invoices are generated per event number, not per lot number.
You must make payment in full within 3 business days of the official invoice date unless otherwise stated. The date of the invoice is not counted as the first day for purposes of calculating the payment deadline.
Credit cards submitted online will automatically be charged the full amount of your purchase (including buyer's premium and taxes) the next business day after the sale closes, unless otherwise noted on our website and unless you contact us prior to the close of the sale.
Credit cards will not be accepted for any invoice in excess of $10,000; customers must submit payment via certified funds (i.e., wire transfer, cashier's check).

By appointment only. No customer escorting available for preview.
Appointment must be made 24 hours in advance.
Customer must provide full name and birth date (month, day and year) when scheduling loadout for a background check performed by base personnel. If the customer refuses to give us the information - when they get to the main gate they will be detained until the background check is completed or refused entry.
