Foreign attachments may include ferrous and non-ferrous metallic and non-metallic components. Period of performance is 6 months. Material located at the DRMO Scrap Yard, 300 Highway 361, NSWC Crane IN. The price per pound will be adjusted every month beginning with the first full month after the start of the contract. The price will be adjusted during the second week of the month. The revised price will be determined by taking the price of AMM No.2 Bundle Chicago on the first Thursday of the month and dividing it into the AMM No.2 Bundle Chicago used on the contract start date. The percentage will be applied to the price per pound to arrive at an adjusted price. Purchaser to provide roll-offs or high side open top containers for collection of scrap. Containers must be weighed empty, dropped at site and full containers must be weighed. Government scales will be used for the purpose of weighing of conveyance. Roll-offs must be removed within (2) working days of verbal notification and appointment for removal must be scheduled and confirmed. purchased is responsible for spills including the use of absorbents and disposal of all trash from the immediate storage area. Purchaser is responsible for working in a safe, neat manner. All scrap under this contract requires mutilation by the buyer prior to removal if allowed by the base or mutilation must be witnesses and certified by DOD Surplus personnel at another facility. Title to the material does not pass to the buyer until scrap has been mutilated. Buyer agrees to allow USG personnel to witness destruction. Includes furniture, drums, air conditioning and refrigeration units (Drained of all refrigerants), bar stock, banding and more. Period of performance 6 months. Buyer to place 3 (three), 30 cu. yd. (or larger) containers at 5050 Randolph Ave. Kirtland AFB, NM. Full containers must be picked up within 3 days of notification and replaced with an empty. The price per pound will be adjusted every month beginning with the first full month after the start of the contract. The price will be adjusted during the second week of the month. The revised price will be determined by taking the price of AMM No. 2 Bundle Seattle on the first Thursday of the month and dividing it into the AMM No. 2 Bundle Seattle used on the contract start date. 100,000 lbs(apprx) Light and heavy steel scrap located at bldg. 324 MCAS, Yuma, Arizona. The period of performance is 6 months. Material may include but not limited to mostly light construction materials, office furniture, metal lockers,desks, chairs, cabinets, shelving, vehicle residue, appliances and air conditioning equipment(refrigerant free) with foreign ferrous and non-ferrous, metallic and non-metallic attachments, wood, cloth, plastic. Material breakdown is based on past experience and is not guaranteed. Photo's are representative of lot and not actual materials. A secure area is available for placement of two 40 yard rolloffs. Removal and replacement within 48 hours of notification by DOD Surplus representative. Purchaser is responsible for obtaining certified weight tickets at their expense, base scale available to weigh trucks in and out. Weight tickets will be forwarded to DOD Surplus site manager on day of pick-up. Purchaser may be required to provide a flatbed vehicle for removal of large or unique items. All material under this contract requires mutilation by the purchaser prior to removal if allowed by the installation or mutilation must be witnessed and certified by DOD Surplus personnel at another facility. Title to the material does not pass to purchaser until material has been mutilated. The purchaser agrees to allow USG personnel to witness destruction.
