Material to include metal office furniture, shelving, cabinets, wall lockers, desks, chairs, tables, refrigerators (Freon-free), vehicular parts, and engines, with ferrous, nonferrous and non-metallic materials. Purchaser is required to provide one 40-yard capacity containers at site for collection. Photos are representative of property but may not be actual property in yard. No culling allowed by buyer. No sorting will be permitted on site. Buyer responsible for cleanup of spills including use of absorbents and disposal of trash (wood, pallets, boxes, plastic, included in sale and weight of sale. Buyer is responsible for loading of items that are too big to be placed in roll-off. Buyer is responsible for working in a safe and neat manner. IMPORTANT NOTICE: For all Scrap Term Contracts, the Winning bidder is responsible for providing a down payment based on the winning bid price. New winning bidders must deposit 25% of the winning bid. Repeat Winning Bidders must deposit 10% of the winning bid. This deposit will be refunded upon the end of the Term. Down Payment is due within (3) business days of the award of the Term Contract.

• The name and address on the Government Liquidation user account must match the name and billing address of the credit card used for the bidding and purchase, or the charge will be rejected.
• ALL FUNDS MUST COME FROM THE REGISTRANT. GL WILL NOT ACCEPT THIRD PARTY FUNDS OF ANY KIND FOR ANY REASON.
• You must make payment in full within 3 business days of the official invoice date unless otherwise stated. The date of the invoice is not counted as the first day for purposes of calculating the payment deadline.
• Credit cards submitted online will automatically be charged the full amount of your purchase (including buyer's premium and taxes) the next business day after the sale closes, unless otherwise noted on our website and unless you contact us prior to the close of the sale.
• Credit cards will not be accepted for any invoice in excess of $10,000; customers must submit payment via certified funds (i.e., wire transfer, cashier's check).
