Description:400,000 lbs (approx) Light and Heavy Iron and Steel (unprepared), located at 3990 E. Broad St, Columbus Ohio 43213. Includes vehicular components, frames, braces, chains, cable, racks, desks, chairs, shelving, fasteners, filing cabinets and wall lockers. Foreign attachments may include non-ferrous material and dunnage. Term contract is for the duration of 6 months. Buyer will provide 2 open top containers. Buyer will have no more than 3 days after notification by GL personnel to pick up full containers and replace with empty containers. An appointment for removal must be scheduled and confirmed by GL personnel. Weight tickets will be provided to GL personnel upon completion of each load. The price per pound will be adjusted every month beginning with the first full month after the start of the contract. The price will be adjusted during the second week of the month. The revised price will be determined by taking the price of AMM No. 2 Bundle Pittsburgh on the first Thursday of the month and dividing it into the AMM No. 2 Bundle Pittsburgh used on the contract start date. The percentage will be applied to the price per pound to arrive at an adjusted price. All scrap under this contract requires mutilation by the buyer prior to removal if allowed at the base or mutilation must be witnessed and certified by DOD Surplus personnel at another facility. Title to the material does not pass to the buyer until scrap has been mutilated. Buyer agrees to allow USG personnel to witness destruction.

If you choose a form of payment other than a credit card, the following information must accompany a letter of instruction:

Signature and date
The name and address on the Government Liquidation user account must match the name and billing address of the credit card used for the bidding and purchase, or the charge will be rejected.
ALL FUNDS MUST COME FROM THE REGISTRANT. GL WILL NOT ACCEPT THIRD PARTY FUNDS OF ANY KIND FOR ANY REASON.
Invoices are generated per event number, not per lot number.
You must make payment in full within 3 business days of the official invoice date unless otherwise stated. The date of the invoice is not counted as the first day for purposes of calculating the payment deadline.
Credit cards submitted online will automatically be charged the full amount of your purchase (including buyer's premium and taxes) the next business day after the sale closes, unless otherwise noted on our website and unless you contact us prior to the close of the sale.
Credit cards will not be accepted for any invoice in excess of $10,000; customers must submit payment via certified funds (i.e., wire transfer, cashier's check).

Commercial Trucks and Personal Vehicles with trailers must enter at 300 N. James Rd Whitehall Ohio 43213. Weapons of any kind are not permitted on-site and you will be turned away at the gate.
