2 C-130 Aircraft for parts reclamation from tail #'s: 637765 and 637808. Only parts with a demil code of A or Q will be released to buyer. Mutilation not required. Entire aircraft is not for sale. Preview is on Aug 15 & 16, 2012 at 9am AZ time for 2 hours each day. Previewers must call 602-684-1226 and speak with Rey Tapia before preview dates to schedule an appointment. Leaving a message will not constitute an appointment. Previewers must submit bid deposit to view aircraft. Bid deposit must be received in Scottsdale by 5 pm PDT Aug 14, 2012. Perspective previewer(s) must speak with Rey Tapia directly and receive a confirmation number. Previewers should arrive by 8:30am on scheduled preview day to allow sufficient processing time for base access. Non US citizens must have current documentation proving eligibility to be in or to work in the United States (green card, resident alien card, work visa etc. ) no cameras or cell phones with cameras will be allowed on premises. Previewers will be shuttled out to aircraft via GL provided transportation. No personal vehicles allowed in aircraft areas. Buyers showing up to the site without an appointment will not be permitted to preview the aircraft. Special terms and conditions apply to this sale, see below. Payment

• FORMS OF PAYMENT: Acceptable forms of payment include PayPal^TM, Visa^TM, Mastercard^TM, American Express^TM, cashier's check, money order, wire transfer and company check with a bank letter of guarantee. Please note that GL does not accept cash, ACH Deposits, personal checks or pre-paid debit cards.
• If you choose a form of payment other than a credit card, the following information must accompany a letter of instruction:

  Sales event number or contract number
  Signature and date
  
• The name and address on the Government Liquidation user account must match the name and billing address of the credit card used for the bidding and purchase, or the charge will be rejected.
• ALL FUNDS MUST COME FROM THE REGISTRANT. GL WILL NOT ACCEPT THIRD PARTY FUNDS OF ANY KIND FOR ANY REASON.
• You must make payment in full within 3 business days of the official invoice date unless otherwise stated. The date of the invoice is not counted as the first day for purposes of calculating the payment deadline.
• Credit cards submitted online will automatically be charged the full amount of your purchase (including buyer's premium and taxes) the next business day after the sale closes, unless otherwise noted on our website and unless you contact us prior to the close of the sale.
• Credit cards will not be accepted for any invoice in excess of $10,000; customers must submit payment via certified funds (i.e., wire transfer, cashier's check).

Preview & Loadout

Preview Arrangements:	Preview is allowed with a 72 hr notice to the GL site manager. Please call the site manager at 602-617-3694 for an appointment. Buyers who do not make an appointment prior to showing up will be turned away and asked to call the site manager.
Loadout Procedures:	Load by appointment only within 10 business days of a paid in full invoice
Secuity Procedures:	Must have current ID, proof of car insurance and current car registration
