Preview available weekly Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 8am - 12pm, and 1pm - 3pm. Customers without base access or DoD Identification must request an escort when making appointment. Escorting only available until 2pm. |
Loadout Procedures: |
Load-out by appointment only. Property removal required within 10 business days of paid in full invoice date. All customers and/or their designees must call (907) 753-0726 to request an appointment at least 24 hours in advance of desired preview date/time. Security Procedures: |
All customers/designees without base access or DoD Identification (and their passengers) will require escort onto Elmendorf AFB. Arrive at the Boniface Visitor Control Center at the appointed time with current State driver’s license or identification for each vehicle occupant. Once present at the VCC, call (907) 753-0726 to notify GL personnel of your arrival. In order to expedite escort arrival, you may call within 10 minutes of your anticipated arrival at the VCC. |
