NATICK DOES OWN A ROLLOFF AND WOULD USE THAT FOR ACCUMULATIONS IF THE BUYER IS LOCAL, WITH A LOCAL BUYER NATICK WOULD ALLOW THEM TO REMOVE THE ROLLOFF, EMPTY AND RETURN THE SAME ROLLOFF. A SECURED AREA IS AVAILABLE FOR PLACEMENT OF ROLLOFF. NATICK WILL ACCUMULATE SCRAP INTO THE ROLLOFF, NO CONTRACTOR ASSISTANCE FOR LOADING WILL BE REQUIRED. ACCESS TO THE BASE WILL REQUIRE A VISTOR BADGE AND VEHICLE INSPECTION PASS. CONTRACTORS WILL GAIN ACCESS THROUGH COMMERCIAL ENTRANCE- M-F 0600-1530 HOURS. PURCHASER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR WEIGHING IN AND OUT ON A COMMERCIAL CERTIFIED SCALE AT THEIR EXPENSE, WEIGHT TICKETS WILL BE FORWARDED TO GL SITE MANAGER ON THE DAY OF PICK UP. THE COMPANY MAY BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A FLATBED FOR REMOVAL OF LARGE OR UNIQUE ITEMS. ALL PERSONNEL ENTERING THE SITE FOR VEIWING OR PICKING UP ARE REQUIRED TO BE A US CITIZEN, A TRUE COPY OF THEIR BIRTH CERTIFICATE WITH RAISED SEAL OR VALID PASSPORT ALONG WITH DRIVERS LICENSE AND INSURANCE CARD. ALL SCRAP UNDER THIS CONTRACT REQUIRES MUTILATION BY THE BUYER PRIOR TO REMOVAL IF ALLOWED BY THE INSTALLATION OR MUTILATION MUST BE WITNESSED AND CERTIFIED BY DOD SURPLUS PERSONNEL AT ANOTHER FACILITY. For all one-year term contracts Winning Bidder is responsible for a down payment of 1/12 or 8.33% of the winning bid price within three days of award (note: 1/12 or 8.33% represents the last month's invoice). This payment will be kept for the length of the contract and will be applied as payment for month 12 of the contract.
For all 6 month term contracts Winning Bidder is responsible for a down payment of 10% of the winning bid price within three days of award. This payment will be kept for the length of the contract and will be applied as payment for month 6 of the contract.
For all three-month term contracts Winning Bidder is responsible for a down payment of 10% of the winning bid price within three days of award. This payment will be kept for the length of the contract and will be applied as payment for month 3 of the contract.
For all three-year term contracts Winning Bidder is responsible for a down payment of 1/36 of the winning bid price within three days of award (note: 1/36 or 2.78% represents the last month's invoice). This payment will be kept for the length of the contract and will be applied as payment for month 36 of the contract.

We do not sell property to persons from the countries that are prohibited from receiving transfers of military equipment or technology.
