Description:500,000 lbs. (apprx) Mixed metals to light and heavy steel, iron, aluminum and stainless with ferrous and non-ferrous attachments. Some reducing of over-sized scrap items may be required and must be accomplished by torch cutting, if necessary, to the extent necessary to be removed from site. To be delivered over a 6-month period. Property includes but is not limited to industrial machinery residue, vehicle parts, office furniture, lockers, forklift residue, pontoons, heater residue, buoys, crushed cans, plate, steel cable, wire rope, Freon-free refrigeration equipment and air conditioners, household appliance residue and other structural components. Debris includes limited dirt, sand, wood, concrete, fiberglass, plastics and paper. Company will be notified by Government Liquidation personnel when removal is required. No culling allowed by company. Removal must proceed within three (3) days of notification from Government Liquidation personnel. Destructive Scrapping required. By bidding, each bidder represents, warrants, and certifies that ALL materials purchased will not be re-used or re-furbished, or sold for re-use or refurbishing. Buyer must provide Liquidity Services with a Certificate of Destruction on the form specified by Liquidity Services within 30 days of removal. Any items not specified in the lot description are not included in the sale and may be removed by Government Liquidation personnel. No adjustments to the weight ticket will be made based on the presence of unsaleable material or debris mixed with the property. Removal will be within 3 days of notification, Buyer must place 1-40 yard capacity container at St. Julien's Creek Annex Portsmouth VA. location, Site scales are down, customer must use nearest local CAT weight scales, Buyer is also required to place 2-40-yard containers at DLA Site Norfolk, VA., NO on-site scales, Commercial Off base scale must be used, customers pays for all weight tickets, weight ticket must be received/delivered to GL POC William Remaley @ St. Julien's Creek Annex after full weight obtained. Weight tickets for DLA Site, Norfolk, VA., must be e-mailed to GL POC William Remaley @ Norfolk, VA.

Invoices are generated per event number, not per lot number.
