Description:30,000 lbs. (approx.) Copper with foreign attachments includes radiators, engine starters, engine alternators, electric motor residue. Hoppers not included in this sale. Period of performance is 12-months. Dunnage is included in the weight of the sale. Base scales are available for the weight tickets. Destructive Scrapping required. By bidding, each bidder represents, warrants, and certifies that ALL materials purchased will not be re-used or re-furbished, or sold for re-use or refurbishing. Buyer must provide Liquidity Services with a Certificate of Destruction on the form specified by Liquidity Services within 30 days of removal. The Company must submit attached Operations Plan prior to being allowed to bid, this must be received by 25 January 2018 and submitted to email address: Meg.Frausto@liquidityservices.com. Agreement may be terminated by either party upon 60 days prior written notice. The price per pound will be adjusted every month beginning with the first full month after the start of the contract. The price will be adjusted during the second week of the month. The revised price will be determined by taking the price of AMM No. 2 Heavy Copper Houston on the first Thursday of the month and dividing it by the AMM No. 2 Heavy Copper Houston used on the contract start date. The percentage will be applied to the price per pound to arrive at an adjusted price. *Successful bidder will be determined by combining the buyer's bids on all lots.*Total highest combined bid will win the contracts. *Buyers who do not bid on all lots will be disqualified. *Preview is available by appointment only prior to start of the sale and is recommended. Hours of operation for the scrap yard: Monday through Friday from 7:30am until 3:00pm. Preview by appointment only and is recommended . **This contract also requires buyer to provide all equipment and personnel necessary to operate and maintain the daily functions of the scrap yard. **All operations will be managed by DOD Surplus. *All trash and waste are the responsibility of the contractor for removal. All containers being used for trash and debris must be either metal containers with lids/metal containers with tarps covers will be maintained, repaired or replaced by the buyer. **Pictures are representative of items in lot being sold

ALL FUNDS MUST COME FROM THE REGISTRANT. GL WILL NOT ACCEPT THIRD PARTY FUNDS OF ANY KIND FOR ANY REASON.
Invoices are generated per event number, not per lot number.
You must make payment in full within 3 business days of the official invoice date unless otherwise stated. The date of the invoice is not counted as the first day for purposes of calculating the payment deadline.
Credit cards submitted online will automatically be charged the full amount of your purchase (including buyer's premium and taxes) the next business day after the sale closes, unless otherwise noted on our website and unless you contact us prior to the close of the sale.
Credit cards will not be accepted for any invoice in excess of $10,000; customers must submit payment via certified funds (i.e., wire transfer, cashier's check).

Appointment must be made 24 hours in advance.
Customer must provide full name and birth date (month, day and year) when scheduling loadout for a background check performed by base personnel. If the customer refuses to give us the information - when they get to the main gate they will be detained until the background check is completed or refused entry.
