Lot Details

Description:

500,000 lbs(approx) Mixed Metal Unprepared Scrap with foreign attachments. This contract is to be delivered over a one-year period. Property may include pipe, chains, furniture, structural shapes, vehicle parts, refrigerators and a/c units(freon free), storage lockers, filing cabinets, desks, light and heavy steel, aluminum, stainless, drums, bar stock, banding, Foreign attachments may include wood, fiberglass, plastic, rubber, pallets. Property located at DLADS 8297 Roosevelt Blvd Bldg 174A Jacksonville, Fl, 32212. Some material may be removed from pile at Site Manager's discretion. Purchaser is responsible for cutting and loading of any over-sized material that will not fit into roll-offs or onto flatbed. Purchaser must place (3) 40 yard roll-off containers at DLADS bldg. Containers must be removed within 3 business days after verbal/email notification and replaced with (1) empty container. Destructive Scrapping required. By bidding, each bidder represents, warrants, and certifies that ALL materials purchased will not be re-used or re-furbished, or sold for re-furbishing. Buyer must provide Liquidity Services with a Certificate of Destruction on the form specified by Liquidity Services within 30 days of removal.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: For all Scrap Term Contracts, the Winning bidder is responsible for providing a down payment based on the winning bid price. New winning bidders must deposit 25% of the winning bid. Repeat Winning Bidders must deposit 10% of the winning bid. This deposit will be refunded upon the end of the Term. Down Payment is due within (3) business days of the award of the Term Contract.

  • ALL FUNDS MUST COME FROM THE REGISTRANT. GL WILL NOT ACCEPT THIRD PARTY FUNDS OF ANY KIND FOR ANY REASON.
  • Invoices are generated per event number, not per lot number.
  • You must make payment in full within 3 business days of the official invoice date unless otherwise stated. The date of the invoice is not counted as the first day for purposes of calculating the payment deadline.
  • Credit cards submitted online will automatically be charged the full amount of your purchase (including buyer's premium and taxes) the next business day after the sale closes, unless otherwise noted on our website and unless you contact us prior to the close of the sale.
  • Credit cards will not be accepted for any invoice in excess of $10,000; customers must submit payment via certified funds (i.e., wire transfer, cashier's check).
